Habilidades: Contas a pagar e receber, cobrança de inadimplentes, trabalho em equipe, comunicação efetiva, organização e atenção aos detalhes.
Como Assistente Financeiro Administrativo, você será responsável por:

  • Processar e registrar contas a pagar e receber;
  • Realizar a cobrança de inadimplentes;
  • Manter atualizados os registros financeiros e administrativos;
  • Fornecer suporte aos nossos clientes em questões financeiras;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outros departamentos para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos financeiros;
  • Participar ativamente em projetos especiais relacionados às finanças e administração.
Requisitos:
  • Experiência comprovada de no mínimo 2 anos em contas a pagar e receber e cobrança de inadimplentes;
  • Conhecimento em softwares contábeis e financeiros;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar de Segunda a Sexta das 8h as 18h

Escolaridade Mínima: Curso Técnico
