Ensino médio completo; Experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Imprescindível fluência em inglês e espanhol nível C1 (será testado em entrevista e teste)....

Prestar atendimento via call e email para solicitação de novas reservas; Contatar hotéis para negociar newaivers de cancelamento de reservas fora do prazo; Realizar ligações para hotéis no intuito de negociar alterações de datas e/ou acomodação da reserva de acordo com o motivo justificado; Atender ligações de operadoras de turismo para modificações e/ou cancelamentos de reservas; Redigir e-mails dentro dos padrões de atendimento da unidade.

Requisitos

Ensino médio completo; Experiência com atendimento ao cliente; Imprescindível fluência em inglês e espanhol nível C1 (será testado em entrevista e teste).
