What you will need: • Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. • Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors. • High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
