Empresa localizada em Fortaleza, no segmento alimentício (gelados comestíveis), seleciona Chefe Produção para fazer parte de sua equipe.

Atividades: Assegurar que os cronogramas de produção sejam cumpridos, supervisionar e coordenar o trabalho dos operadores e demais funcionários do setor de produção, avaliar o desempenho dos funcionários e fornecer feedback, participar no desenvolvimento de novos produtos e melhorias nos produtos existentes, realizar testes semanalmente, implementar e monitorar procedimentos de controle de qualidade, coordenar o abastecimento de matérias-primas e insumos necessários para a produção. Gerenciar o inventário de materiais e produtos acabados, assegurar a manutenção adequada dos equipamentos de produção, dentre outras atividades inerentes a função.
