Escritório de Advocacia admite Auxiliar Administrativo em Recife.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Atender clientes e fornecedores por telefone e presencialmente, fornecendo informações iniciais e direcionando-os conforme necessário. Controlar e organizar documentos e processos jurídicos, garantindo que todos estejam corretamente arquivados e acessíveis. Realizar agendamentos de compromissos e audiências, além de controlar prazos processuais para garantir o cumprimento de todas as obrigações legais. Auxiliar na elaboração e formatação de documentos jurídicos, petições e contratos, conforme orientação dos advogados. Entre outras atividades relacionadas ao cargo.
